Makes a great gift to someone who has it all
Surprise your love one with a sculpture of them, or a unique piece meaningful to both of you. It will make a priceless FAMILY HEIRLOOM. Contact me to talk about the size, pose and gesture you have in mind. Full, partial body, or just a bust? Type of attire? Any personal jewellery you’d like to include? etc.
If it's for your business/company, what does your company represents, it's values, what image you'd like to project? Are there any specific symbols you'd like to incorporate? What scale do you want the sculpture to be? Will it be featured inside or outside? Imagination is the limit!
How do I work?
I work from pictures, videos, conversations, and finally I use my imagination to pull it all together. My goal is to sculpt a stunning and unique visual representation of what you envision, merged with my own signature touch and imagination. I start by making a sketch to make sure we are on the same page and that I have capture your ideas. Once you approve it, I start sculpting. I will be periodically sending you photos of the work in progress to make sure we’re still on the same page. The sketch is usually 90% similar to the finished sculpture. When I begin sculpting, the interaction with the piece and medium may change a few of the original drawing details but it’s usually for the better. I am a sculptor, clay speaks to me in ways the pencil doesn't.
How long does it take?
From finish to end it may take up to 5 - 6 months, so please plan ahead if it's for a specific occasion.

"Lyna", was a surprise birthday present for his wife. Her husband sent me photos and a video, and we had a lengthy conversation about who she was, liked, believe, etc. When I found out she was originally from Cambodia I suggested placing two of Cambodia's national flowers on her heart, to represent the love between them, and two more over her pelvis to represent both of their children. She is also a practicing Buddhist so we both agreed depicting her in a peaceful praying gesture. I included an original design of the Buddhist wheel on the back of the piece, and I had her emerging from a Lotus flower, both symbols of her culture. You may not be able to see it in the photo but I included her favorite ring, earrings, and necklace in the sculpture. Even her "Lucky Mold" on her lower left cheek was included, as it is an important symbol of luck for Cambodians. Her husband described her as a very calm, reflective, and sensuous woman so I designed a beautiful feminine outfit which shows her body in a very sensual and elegant way.
